Chef Isabelle's 2017 Bûche de Noël PRALINE-CHOCOLAT is an elegant update to a classic holiday dessert. It is composed of a moist almond biscuit topped with sea salt caramel, a crunchy praliné center and a valrhona chocolate mousse. Enjoy our full size (9.5″| serves 10| $55). Must be refrigerated and taken out of the refrigerator 30min before eating.
