CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS: contact us for any cancellations or modifications. For changes made more than 72 hours of your pick-up or delivery time, we will do our best to accomodate your needs. In the event of a cancellation or modification within 72 hours of your pick-up or delivery time, we will charge the full amount for th orignal order.
TRANSPORTATION DURING SUMMER: transportation of cakes suring the summer can be challenging! We do our best to ensure that your product stay cool. For deliveries, we use insulating materials and cold packs in order to guarantee an ideal temperature throughout the transportation process. For local pick-up, we recommend that you bring a cooler to place the cake box (10″x 10″x 4″) in and refrigerate the cake box within 1 hour of pick-up. Due to the heat, we are not able to guarantee the condition of products upon arrival when transported without insulated box and without refrigeraton within 1 hour of pick-up.
REFUNDS and RETURNS: our goal at IMACakeCouture is to completely satisfy all of our customers. We take great pride in our work and guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. Should you happen to receive damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order), to ensure we can appropriately address the situation.
